Hello. I’m Jennifer Wagener, an interior designer living in beautiful York County. I draw inspiration from my years living in Guam, farm animals, Chanel fashion, and my Southern grandmother’s antiques. When we work together, I aim to understand what truly motivates you. Here in the Carolinas, we have diverse people and styles, from families rooted here for generations to vibrant individuals who have recently relocated. This region offers a beautiful blend of tradition and innovation.

Marvin is a small town located in Union County, serving as a suburban community for the nearby city of Charlotte and Ballantyne. With a population of approximately 6,421, Marvin is best known for its rural atmosphere, scenic landscapes, and family-friendly environment, making it one of the best places to live in the state. The village boasts highly-rated public schools, spacious homes on large lots, and a commitment to preserving wildlife habitats, as recognized by the National Wildlife Federation.

Union County Public School District – The Union County Public School District (UCPS) is the sixth-largest public school system in North Carolina, serving approximately 41,000 students across 53 schools. The district offers a large range of academic programs, including dual-language options, Career and Technical Education pathways, and specialized curriculums such as the International Baccalaureate Program. The district’s mission is to prepare students for success in higher education and beyond.
Southwest Regional Library – The Southwest Regional Library is a new branch that opened on April 19, 2024. About 19,000 square feet, it offers an extensive collection of books and digital media, a dedicated children’s area, a STEAM lab for educational activities, and study rooms for individual or group use. The library also features an outdoor patio for relaxation and community events.
Marvin Efird Park – Marvin Efird Park is a community-focused park that offers a variety of amenities and activities for residents and visitors. Opened in 2012, the park has a unique redwood playground, picnic areas, restroom facilities, and natural walking trails, making it an ideal spot for outdoor recreation and family gatherings.
